How Easy-Pay Works
EasyPay has been devised by JH McLoughlins & Co Ltd Newbridge to enable their Existing home heating customers to spread the cost of their oil purchases evenly over the year by paying monthly by direct debit. EasyPay is a way for you to Budget for your Oil. At present the EasyPay scheme is not available from JH McLoughlin Balbriggan Ltd.
Budget Year
EasyPay runs each from June to May. Customers can join the plan at any time, as your monthly payments will be spread evenly to clear your account by the 20th of May each year.
First Delivery
When joining the plan, 25% of the full cost of the first oil delivery must be paid, all further deliveries are covered by your monthly payments which are debited from your Bank Current Account on the 20th of each month
Minimum Deliveries, Minimum Payments
The minimum oil delivery on the scheme is approx. 1,000 liters and a minimum monthly payment of €100.00 is required. Higher oil volume users may have to pay more in order to clear their account by May.
Monthly Statement
EasyPay customers receive a statement each month. If your payments need to be adjusted, your statement clearly shows this. All EasyPayaccounts must be cleared by May. If you wish to discontinue using the service for the year following write to us before the end of May. However, if the EasyPay plan is not cancelled, payments for the following year automatically continue from June onwards. It is important to note that any interruption in the monthly payments will automatically terminate the EasyPay plan, and any amounts due will be requested immediately.

The EasyPay plan allows you to spread the cost of your oil purchases evenly over the entire year. All EasyPay customers are entitled to benefit from any heating oil promotions we may be running.
Joining The Plan
The EasyPay Scheme is available to our existing Domestic Oil Customers of JH McLoughlin & Co Ltd, Newbridge who have ordered Oil from the company on a C.O.D. Basis five times or more in the past three years.
Please note to Join EasyPay you must be owner of the house where the Oil delivery is made. We will need two copy utility Bills (ESB, Eircom, SKY) in the name of the person ordering the Oil to validate that they own the house. Joining is quite easy. All you need to do is fill out our online form and request more information on the EasyPay Program. We will then send you out an application form and a direct debit mandate which you should fill out and Post back to the Newbridge Office. When we receive your Direct Debit Mandate we then post this to your Bank Manager. The process takes approximately one week to set up. Please note to join Easy Pay you must be an existing Oil customer of our company.
